Since merging our site with our parent brand was a long-term goal, we decided not to completely revamp our current site with the rebrand. So I collaborated with our UX/UI team to determine which website features could be easily modified to have the greatest impact on conversion. The outcome was a new homepage layout and buy flow that boosted our address check rate by 155% and conversion rate by 15%.
